As you are all aware our annual Primary School Meet is next Thursday 12 March, we will be setting up from 4pm & it would be great if we have as many club members as possible to help & support this event.
Donations:
We are looking for a few small donations for the raffle, eg. chocolates, etc. Items we already have include an Office Works voucher, 2 towels & a tradies lunch box.
We will be selling:
Program with 3 raffle tickets $5.00
3 raffle tickets $5.00
Dim Sims
Hamburgers in bread
Sausages in bread
Coleslaw
Onion
Bottles of water
Fruit Boxes
Can soft drink
Allocated Jobs:
Program & Raffle ticket table: Melinda & older kids
Computer: Robyn & Heidi
Marshalling: Lisa & Melinda (possible Heidi from TLC)
Judge of Stroke: Dave
BBQ: Andy, Nerida, Sianne & older kids to help (Erin, Rose & Georgia)
Catering: Pip & older kids
Chief timekeeper & MC: Richard
Timekeepers: 12x volunteers
Hopefully I haven't forgotten anything. :) At this stage we have 34 entries, so if you could please share the clubs facebook event this will be greatly appreciated. The more the merrier. 🏊
