Morning,
As you are all aware, tomorrow night is our primary school meet. This meet is a great opportunity for swimmers that don't usually compete to have a go and its lots of fun. To run this event we need help, if anyone is able to come help set up from 3.30pm that would be great. We will also need help with other jobs through the event so please let us know if you are able to help. Non primary school swimmers are encouraged to help out with time keeping on the night if able.
I'd also like to take this opportunity to let all Irymple swimmers know that we are holding our club championships on the 28/3 at the Irymple pool. More details to follow closer to the time. At the conclusion of this event we will head over to the Irymple Pub for tea and club presentation night.
Finally we will hold our AGM on Thursday 4/4/19 at 7.30 pm at the Irymple pub. The committee is a friendly and inclusive group that meets every 1-2 months for 1-2hours. It is not a massive commitment as we are lucky at Irymple Swimming Club to have an amazing group of families willing to help out with anything we ask, which makes life easy. If you would like to know more about any of the positions or just being a general committee member please speak with any of our current committee either at the primary school meet, training or via email.
