Irymple Open - Important Information

Hi Everyone,

The Irymple Open is our BIGGEST event of the year and our only fundraiser.

1. Entries - it is expected that all our members enter this meet.  The flyer is attached so please email me your entries by Sunday evening.   The committee is allowing our members who have registered as recreation swimmers this season to enter.  This is a fun and enjoyable meet for all ages and a great opportunity to give you a taste of competition.

2. Donations for the hampers for our gate prizes; 

 e.g. wine, biscuits, coffee, serviettes, popcorn, shortbread, jams etc.,  

If you are able to donate something - it would be great if you could bring to training on Monday or Thursday night that would be great.

3. Sponsorship - if you have a business that would like to be involved with the Open please see attachment regarding what's on offer - Sponsorship starts from as little as $50.00

4. Roster -  It is expected that even if you have recreational swimmers that wont be competing that you will still need to help out on the day.  There are a list of jobs below that need to be filled.  If you would like a particular one, please let me know as soon as possible.
