Thank you for your patience with the Winter Training.
We are pleased to advise that we will be starting on Monday 11th May.
Training days and times are as follows;
Monday 4.30pm - 6.00pm
Tuesdays 5.30pm - 7.00pm
Wednesdays 5.30pm - 7.00pm
Training programs have been developed by Emily McClelland and will be delivered by Emily, Teresa Crisp, Mark Slade and assisted by Nathaniel Langdon, Christine Mazza and Cameron Douglass.
Everyone is asked to call in to the Waves this week to sign up for your squad. Membership form and conditions are attached.
Cost will vary depending on the number of sessions you enrol in per week;
1 session $7.50
2 sessions $15.00
3 sessions $18.00
* All participants will receive a membership card.
*You will get your 1, 2 or 3 sessions of squad and are also able to come any time to swim outside of the squad times.
*2 or 3 sessions of squad gives you access to the gym.
*There will be access to the gym for 13 to 16 year olds from 4pm to 5pm, Monday to Friday (Supervised Youth Program) any time outside of these hours a parent or guardian must be supervising them. The Waves recommend the participant have an initial assessment and be shown how to use the equipment properly with a program start.
*Any over 16 are able to use the gym unsupervised but again they recommend you have an initial assessment and be shown how to use the equipment properly with a program start.
