Irymple Open Roster/Entry Fees Irymple & Red Cliffs

Hi Everyone,

 

Please see below the roster for our biggest event of the year - the Irymple Open. 

It does take a huge amount of effort to run this properly and the committee relies on the support from all Irymple families throughout the day.

 

Roster:

Set Up: (from 9am) Dave, Clinton, Stephen, Shane, Richard & Patrick - others from 10am please

Coffee Run: Lisa & Tracy at 10.30

 

Referee: David O'Brien & Diana Lyons

Judge of Stroke: Clintom Williams

Starter: Shane Crowhurst (until lunchtime break) & Stephen Butler (after lunchtime break)

Computer: Robyn O'Brien & Andrea Williams

Announcer: Paula Phelan

Presentations: Jack Perry and Lauren O'Brien

Marshalling: Lisa Crowhurst & Nicolle Kelly

Chief Time Keeper: Lorraine Argus

Timekeepers: Butler-Kerridge, Bell, Gathercole, Williams

(we need 3 timekeepers for the duration of the meet - please share this fairly between rostered people -

 

 

Gate & Raffle: Karen & Olivia Costa (from 10am)

BBQ: Melissa Perry & Richard Neagle (set up from 10am onwards), Louise Williams (11.30 - 1.30) & Richard Perry (1 - 3pm), Shane Crowhurst (if required)

Hospitality: Kim Williams, Janel Carruthers

Pack Up: Everyone please.

 

If you are free anytime during the day, please ask around to see if anyone needs relieving from their position.

 

ENTRY FEES: Irymple Open & Red Cliffs Family Fun Day - All entry fees must be paid in person to either Andrea & Robyn on Saturday or Sunday.  Please see entry fee reports attached.
