Subject: Afternoon Tea Fundraiser

Evening everyone,

ISC has kindly been offered the opportunity to prepare and deliver afternoon tea for the IPA conference in Mildura next Wednesday 6/3/19.  We have not been given official numbers as yet (will know Friday) but have been guaranteed a minimum of $750 but hopefully $1000 for our efforts. This money will go towards subsidizing club merchandise and purchasing new equipment to be used at training.

We will be required to supply 3 items per person attending the conference. One of the items can be fruit so I will prepare and arrange some platters of fruit.  I can deliver and set it up all the food on the day.

If anyone is interested in helping out by making a slice, cupcake, cookies or anything suitable for afternoon tea I would love to hear from you. I'm happy to arrange pick up of any other foods or can collect from you Monday at training if its something with a reasonable shelf life.

--Look forward to hearing from you,

Thanks

All Junior Elininations / Proficiency Meet

Hi Everyone,

Just a reminder for those entered in All Junior Eliminations and the Timed Proficiency Meet that the meet is at the Waves at 6.45pm, there's not usually a program sent our because of the combination of two meets in one.  As there will be less swimmers than normal tonight - most likely everyone will need to be timekeeping,

For those wanting to do Untimed Proficiency you can do so by just turning up tonight and putting your name down.  With the untimed profiiency, it's more about be awarded for doing the stroke correctly, it's not a race.  Certificates are issued at the end of the season.

Entry for untimed proficiency is open to both competitors and recreational swimmers - great opportunity for some reward for all your training!!

Let me know if you have any questions
