2018-19 Registration

Hi Everyone,

Just a reminder - Training Mondays 5pm - 6pm Mildura Waves 

Swimmers who were members last season by now should have received an email from Swimming Victoria with renewal information.  If not, please follow the attached instructions for renewal.

Current members - only need to fill out forms if any changes made.

New members - please fill out attached registration form, photography consent and medical form and return to this email.  You will still need to complete online registration.

Fees – for the 2018-19 Season are;

o   Competitor         $190.00  (15/under)

o   Competitor         $170.00  (16/over)

o   Recreational       $150.00 (15/under)

o   Recreational       $130.00 (16/over)

o   Non-Competitor $40.00 (parent)

o   Official                 $12.00

We strongly encourage swimmers who were recreational last year to join as competitors this year. If unsure at this stage, you can always upgrade your membership during the season.

Note: Your membership is broken down in to two parts, please complete your registration by making EFT payment to Irymple Swimming Club (details on instruction sheet)

Committee Members - It is a requirement that all committee members are registered with Swimming Victoria as this ensures our club is adequately covered for insurance purposes.

Register as a Non-Competitor if you do not have an official qualification.

If you know of anyone who may be interested in coming along and having a try, please encourage them to do so at any of our training sessions - they are most welcome.

Winter Training - Mondays 5pm - 6pm

Hi Everyone,

I hope you have all enjoyed a break from the pool but it's now time to get back into it!

We will be commencing Winter Training next Monday 23rd July at the Mildura Waves.

Hope to see you all back in the pool soon.

AGM - Monday 23rd July 7.30pm

Hi Everyone,

We have set the date for our AGM - Monday 23rd July, 7.30pm at McDonalds Fifteenth Street.

Please note:  We are running the AGM separately to the Presentations (which we will organise a date when training recommences) and it is expected that at least one parent from each family attends the AGM.  

We value our families input in to the running of our club and would like to share some small jobs around.  No job is too big and you will have the knowledge and expertise of our long standing committee guiding you.  

Your help is always greatly appreciated.

See you at McDonalds - Monday 23rd at 7.30pm!
