Reminder of meeting tommorow

Hi Everyone,

Just a reminder that there will be a (part 2) of the AGM tomorrow, Sun 22nd May at the ISC club rooms, 5pm to finalise the committee positions for the 2016-17 season.

Most positions have been filled with the exception of the President position. The list is as follows so far.

Unfortunately I may not make the meeting as there has been a late change in plans for my Dad's 70th Birthday celebrations tomorrow and we will have visitors.

Hi All

Please find attached Flyer  for Dustbuster 2016 proposed qualifying Short Course meet to be held on Saturday 9 th July at Mildura Waves 25 m Pool.

Closing date for entries is Friday 1st July 5.00pm.

$50.00 prize money will be awarded to the male and female swimmers who finish at the top of their age group based on accumulated point score. In the instance that the two swimmers tie with equal point score the athlete with the higher placing will receive the prize money.

The following age groups apply: 11/under, 12/13 years, 14/15 years, 16/17 years, 18/over.

Ribbons shall be awarded for all events.

IMPORTANT: Cancellation of AGM & Presentation night

Hi Everyone,

Due to not enough RSVP's for the AGM & Presentation night, we have had to cancel the Fri night at Sunraysia Ten Pin Bowl.

We will now hold the AGM only at the Irymple Swimming Club Rooms on Sun 15th May at 5pm.

The Presentation night will be held at a later date to be decided.

Please make effort to attend.

Could all apologies be sent to me by Fri 13th.

There appears to be some confusion of the date for the AGM, the AGM & Presentation date is advertised as Fri 13th May, the RSVP date is tomorrow the 6th May.

Re: ISC AGM & Presentations reminder

Hi Everyone,

Another reminder that the RSVP for the AGM & Presentation night is this Fri 6th May. Sorry for the number of emails but at this stage I've only had 1 reply. Should I not receive enough responses by Friday this could be an indication that the club will not survive into next season which means Swimming Victoria and SSI will need to be contacted to discuss the future of the club. 

Once again please consider putting your hand up for a committee position to keep the club going. A reason for trying to resolve this now is so that the presentation night can still go ahead without members being reluctant to come along with fear of being "roped" into the committee.

Also a reminder that SSI is conducting Winter training again, please see our website for details and contacts.
